The best thing a designer can be is flexible.

At my current company, I’ve demonstrated drive by taking on new challenges, creating solutions when I saw potential for improvement and streamlining within the company. From my experience with presenting ideas to leadership and leading a team in execution, I am an expert in collaborating up and down the chain to bring projects to the finish line. Being proactive to anticipate needs creates room for expansion, and when a team is dedicated to communication and training, designers can always develop winning solutions.
